Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit. It is common for insurance policies to only cover a percentage of your treatments. In most cases, amounts not covered by insurance will be billed at the time of your treatment. It is the patient's responsibility to pay full amounts not covered by the insurance company.
We also accept payments made with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Financing is available through Care Credit.
