Chase B. Walby, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Chase Walby has been with University Dental Associates since 2015.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed his general practice residency at the Dental College of Georgia where he studied IV sedation, wisdom teeth removal, and dental implant surgery.
His achievements and memberships include:

He enjoys providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients, helping individuals overcome their dental anxiety, exceeding expectations, and making patients want to seek regular dental care.
When Dr. Walby is not at work, he loves to golf, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
Joseph Fanelli, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Fanelli has been with our practice since 2020. He received his Bachelor of Science degree (with a focus on neuroscience) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Midwestern University – Illinois. He is also the proud recipient of the Horace Wells Senior Student Award-given to a senior student who displays outstanding hard work, dedication, and commitment to patient-centered care.
The best part of his job is the ability to turn a fearful and troublesome experience into a positive one. Many patients expect a dental visit to cause significant discomfort, and his goal is to make each visit as painless and efficient as possible so every patient can leave happy.
When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Fanelli likes to travel with his wife Kirsten, spend time with his family, and golf with his friends.
Logan E. White, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Logan White has been with University Dental Associates since 2023.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed his general practice residency at the Ann Arbor VA General Practice Residency where he focused on advancing his skills in oral surgery, endodontics, and treatment planning in medically complex patients.
His active memberships include:

- The American Dental Association
- The Academy of General Dentistry
He enjoys working in a patient centered practice where he is able to spend the time required to explain treatment options to ensure that his patients have the best experience in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Dr. White is originally from Muskegon, MI and has recently moved to the Metro Detroit area to be near his wife’s family in Rochester!
When Dr. White is not at work, he loves to play guitar, golf, and spend time with family, friends, and his yellow Labrador named Lily.
Donna
Hygienist
Donna has been with our practice since 2020. She has been in the dental field for over 35 years starting out as a dental assistant and then a Dental Hygienist for the past 29 years. Donna is an Oakland Community College graduate . She has devoted her career to creating healthy smiles and building patient relationships. She loves educating her patients on their oral health.
When Donna is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her family includes her husband and two boys. She also enjoys traveling, bike riding, hiking, attending concerts and reading that includes participating in a book club.
Diane
Dental Hygienist
Diane has been with our dental office for over three decades, and she attended the University of Michigan.
She enjoys working with the wonderful patients at University Dental Associates and admires the incredible care our dentists provide.
When she is not at work, Diane likes to spend time in Northern Michigan with friends and extended family. She also enjoys outdoor activities.
Tammy
Dental Hygienist
Tammy has been with our dental team since graduating with honors from Oakland Community College with a degree in applied science and dental hygiene. She is also certified in anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
She always looks forward to educating patients and helping them improve their oral hygiene and overall health.
When she is away from work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, having people over for home-cooked meals, playing card games, and sharing in the lives of her friends and family.
Dino
Dental Assistant
As of 2020, Michael is an undergrad at the University of Detroit Mercy and has been with University Dental Associates since 2019.
He loves coming to work each day, the willingness of everyone in the dental office to teach him new things about dentistry, and meeting and interacting with patients.
When Michael is not at work, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
Darby
Dental Assistant
Darby has been a dental assistant with our dental practice since 2019.
She loves working together with her team to give patients the best care possible.
When Darby is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family and playing with her dog.
Dian
Front Desk
Dian has been with University Dental Associates for over 40 years.
She loves her work family and helping patients get the great dental care they need to keep smiling!
When Dian is away from the practice, she likes being outside in the sun, walking, or working in her yard. She has a koi pond that is her happy place and very relaxing on lazy summer days.
Collette
Insurance Coordinator
Collette has been with our dental office since 2017.
She loves her coworkers, helping patients, and seeing happy smiles.
When Collette is away from the dental office, she likes to spend time with her husband, adult children, and friends. She also enjoys travel and decorating her home.
Conlin
Front Desk
Conlin has been with our dental team since 2018. She has a BA in education but has been working in the dental field for more than a decade.
She enjoys the atmosphere created by the dentists, her coworkers, and the patients. She also likes to help people become happier and healthier through dentistry.
When Conlin is not at work, she loves to spend time with family and friends, watching and participating in sports, cooking, and gardening.
